LitPage 0.6.9: Native forms and reliable publishing
Version 0.6.9Create waitlist and customer forms, start from reusable page templates, and publish with clearer previews, shared navigation, and media feedback.
Added
Native waitlist and customer forms
Configure fields, enable collection, and publish. Visitors can submit on the public page, and site managers can review responses in Form submissions.
Reusable landing-page starters
Start a draft from SaaS product, waitlist, service consultation, or portfolio templates, with English and Chinese presets. Edit the blocks before publishing.
Configurable template gallery and preview blocks
Show template screenshots and desktop or mobile previews alongside editable descriptions, use cases, FAQs, and related links.
Improved
More reliable content editing, previewing, and publishing
Blog, documentation, and changelog workflows keep draft changes separate from published content and validate the version being saved or published.
Clearer shared navigation and mobile menus
Shared header and footer publishing shows its impact across pages. Mobile menus have clearer surfaces, larger interaction targets, and more consistent closing and keyboard behavior.
Fixed
Sign-out state across site and workspace screens
Signing out from a site now updates the shared session state immediately. Returning to a protected page requires signing in again.
Visible image-upload errors and retry feedback
Unsupported uploads show an inline message. A valid retry clears the error, and upload feedback remains readable in light and dark themes.
Optional links and canonical fields can be cleared correctly
Saved page edits now preserve intentionally cleared links and use the appropriate canonical fallback rather than restoring stale values.
Policy links and published policy metadata
The sign-in and registration policy links lead to the approved pages. Published policy text and metadata are preserved instead of falling back to template values.
Missing covers on the LitPage blog
Existing article covers were restored and verified on the desktop listing and mobile article pages.
Release notes
Start collecting responses
- Add a Waitlist or CustomerForm block to a page in Builder.
- Review the fields, purpose statement, and confirmation copy. Enable collection, then save and publish.
- Submit a test response on the public page and check the site's Form submissions inbox.
New template forms start with collection disabled, so you can configure them before accepting submissions. Page templates create editable drafts; review your content and links before publishing.
